Shu Ghosh, CFA

Shu has over a decade of experience in providing investment banking and valuation services to private equity/venture capital firms and middle market entrepreneurial firms across a range of industries. Prior to Oxford, Shu worked as an investment banker in the TMET group for Australian investment bank The Macquarie Group, in the Emerging Markets group for UBS and with the Valuation Research Corporation in New York. He received his Bachelors degree in Economics and Mathematics from Columbia University.


Martin Skretkowicz CPA,CMA

Transfer Pricing

Martin is a globally recognized transfer pricing expert with over 28 years of experience derived from senior practice leadership roles with Deloitte and PWC as well as transfer pricing regulators. He has an in depth knowledge of transfer pricing technical analysis, as well as the knowledge of associated tax issues and a thorough understanding of the policies and procedures of regulators and tax treaties. Martin has always achieved client satisfaction through quick recognition of issues and the provision of pragmatic solutions to provide immediate benefits.


Ashok  Abott, MBA, PhD

With  20 years of litigation consulting experience, 27 years in academia, and 16 years of industry experience Ashok is uniquely prepared to analyze complex economic issues and develop reasoned opinions required for dispute and valuation engagements. Having testified as an expert witness in State and Federal Court for depositions, hearings, and trials Ashok is regarded as a leading expert in quantitative research, statistical analysis and economic modeling. He provides litigation support on  Premiums and Discounts in business valuation assignments, Active and Passive appreciation in business value during marriage, Economic Impact, Discounts for lack of liquidity, lack of marketability, lack of control and Merger premia. He is a tenured Associate Professor of Finance at West Virginia University.


Sanjay Gandhi, Esq., BCL Oxon 

Sanjay brings a wealth of legal/regulatory expertise and advice to our global client base and also serves as Oxford’s General Counsel. He has supported recent engagements that include valuation of a VC-backed social media advertising network and portfolio valuation for an early stage investment fund. He is an attorney and member of the New York Bar, and has served on the Executive Committee of the Venture Capital & Technology group. He graduated with a Masters in Law from the University of Oxford.

Rob Tourtelot

Creative Director

Rob is a creative director with a strong technology background, specializing in creating consumer products for web and mobile. He has been a co-founder and early employee in several successful start-ups. Most recently, Rob helped to launch WhoSay, a celebrity publishing platform backed by Greylock, Amazon, Comcast and CAA. Prior to this, Rob was a founding partner in Pump Audio, a music licensing platform which was acquired by Getty Images in 2007. Rob previously worked for global ad agencies and record labels, including serving as Senior Producer in Sony Music’s New Technologies and Business Development division.


Sean King, Esq., LLM (Tax)

Transfer Pricing


Sean is an ex Baker Mckenzie and PwC Partner specializing in international tax. He is a globally recognized Transfer Pricing expert focusing on international corporate structuring for both the outbound operations of U.S. companies and the inbound operations of foreign companies. He has completed transactions in more than 60 countries and has been included in The International Who’s Who of Corporate Tax Lawyers. He has extensive experience with early stage, venture-backed biotech and VC-backed companies as well as international Fortune 500 and SMEs covering a vast variety of industries. Sean received his master of laws degree in taxation, magna cum laude, from the Chicago-Kent School of Law.


Rohit Sabhlok, B.Eng.(Computer Science)

Managing Director – London office

Prior to Oxford Rohit spent over twelve years working for PwC and Ernst & Young across valuation, compliance, risk management and regulatory issues. He is a leading expert on European and cross-border tax and regulatory issues, valuing derivatives and other asset classes,  as well as evaluating IT systems for regulatory change.  He began his career as a consultant with Accenture, managing large scale IT system integration for Fortune 500 companies.  He holds a bachelors degree in Computer Science from the University of Edinburgh.

Natalie Rosenberg, Esq. 

Human Resources

Natalie brings to Oxford a strong background in human resources, recruitment and personnel management across the professional services industries. Trained as an attorney and recruiter, Natalie received her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was a member of the Cardozo Law Review. After a distinguished career in litigation, she began working in coaching, training, and management of human resource issues for professionals with RPN Executive Search.  Her broad experience has included pay scale review, salary negotiations, establishing job descriptions and benchmarks as well as managing the recruitment lifecycle.


Aarthi Belani, Esq., B.A. (Stanford)NYU (LL.M., J.D.)

Aarthi serves on the Advisory Board of Oxford.  At Jones Day,  she focuses on M&A, joint ventures, and social enterprise and impact investment. Prior to joining Jones Day, Aarthi was on the in-house legal team covering strategy and corporate development at Credit Suisse in New York, where she worked on proprietary deals, M&A, strategic alliances (including revenue-sharing), spin-outs and divestitures, joint ventures governance, and asset management finance. In addition, Aarthi was a member of the Sustainability Network, a Credit Suisse initiative to develop impact investment products. She is also an advisor to Change Catalyst, an accelerator and investment platform for women entrepreneurs.

Udi Chattopadhyay, BA, MA (Cambridge), MBA (Wharton)

Udi serves on the Advisory Board of Oxford. He is currently Chief Operating Officer at Four Rivers, a SE Asia focused investment firm, where he oversees business operations. He was previously Head of Business Development at Ergo, a leading emerging markets intelligence and advisory firm. Udi’s prior experience includes strategy consulting at McKinsey and KPMG where his clients covered a range of industries including financial services, telecom, pharma and FMCG and government across North America, Europe, Asia and Africa. Udi has a BA in Economics from the University of Cambridge, and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.


Brigid McDermott, B.Eng (Princeton), MBA (MIT)

Brigid serves on the Advisory Board of Oxford. She is currently the senior strategy and sales executive at IBM focusing on future state strategic vision with a focus on Big Data and analytics. Brigid leads multiple teams exploring opportunities for IBM to leverage existing data and analytic capabilities as a foundation to innovative opportunities across multiple industries/domains. She has extensive experience in developing growth initiatives for start-ups and public companies and driving their execution.



Harsh Kumar, B.Eng (UPenn), MBA (Northwestern)

Harsh serves on the Advisory Board of Oxford. He is the Global Chief Operating Officer of Citi’s Private Bank and is responsible for  driving many of they global initiatives and ensuring best practices are adopted in all regions. Before joining Citi, Harsh worked as a consultant for McKinsey in North America and for BCG in Europe. He started his career as an analyst in Fixed Income Trading at Goldman Sachs. He received his Master in Management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and holds dual bachelor degrees from the Wharton School of Business and the Engineering School at the University of Pennsylvania.
